QUESTION: WHY DOESN'T A PERFECT KNOT HAVE AN UNLIMITED CLASS OPTION?
Here, at A Knot, no one is an employee or employer. The teachers share the costs of running the studio and are otherwise fully independent. It would be quite the accounting feat to figure out which teacher would get paid what according to how many times each individual with an unlimited pass attended--plus, it could not be calculated til the very end of the passes duration, usually 3 months to one year. The only way to easily offer an unlimited
pass option is when the teachers at a studio are employees and are paid a wage for teaching that is decided by their employer. We know it would be a good option to offer but, with the way this studio is set up, it is not a feasible option.
QUESTION: IS THERE A SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT AFFORD $12 PER CLASS?
At A Perfect Knot, with only an 8 week commitment, one can get a discounted rate for coming just 2-3x per week (down to $10 or $9). We understand that this comparatively low cost still does not allow many to utilize our yoga classes and this is a problem. Though we do not have scholarships, our teachers are willing to make rate reductions or barter agreements on a case by case basis. However, please contact the teacher of the specific class you want to attend and make the arrangement in advance.

The "Perfect Pass"
The "Perfect Pass" can be used for all classes offered by A Perfect Knot, except Natal Yoga. It is non-shareable and non-refundable though extendable in some circumstances. It's available in 3 forms:
22 classes within 8 weeks for $198
($9 per class; 3x per week will use it up.) 16 classes within 8 weeks for $160
($10 per class; only 2x per week will use it up.)
Convenience pass for 4 to 22 classes at $12 each; no expiration date. |

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any number of classes at $12/class. If you can, stop by the studio 10 minutes before or after a scheduled class to purchase from the instructor present. We do not offer credit card services; cash or checks made to A Perfect Knot will be fine. GC's have a one year validity from date of purchase.
You may also e-mail us or phone Carla at 608 469-3205 to arrange to buy them via mail or other alternatives. For 14 years, we have successfully sent out gift certificates by mail and received checks by mail. Sometimes, instead of mailing the gift, we put the certificate in the pass box at the studio and your own card is given to the recipient by you, telling him/her that a pass is waiting for them at the studio.
